First of all, don’t stress about it! We understand that life happens and it’s not always easy to find time for ourselves. The good thing is that you’re here and you’re willing to get back on track! 


Here’s what to do:


  1. Download the daily recommended schedule of the current week (find it at the beginning of the module) and focus on the module we are currently in.


  1. Use our implementation weeks to catch up with the modules you missed, and watch the replays of the Weekly Masterclass and Q&A to review and summarize the lessons. 


Remember, you have lifetime access to the New Sound lessons! You can continue working on the modules even when it’s over. The most important thing is not to give up! Even 10 minutes a day is better than nothing. Revisit module 1 about building habits.
