It’s completely normal to not always feel motivated. The good news is, when practice becomes a habit, we don’t need to always stay motivated in order to make changes in English.  When you create a habit of doing Sprints at the same time each day, it becomes a part of your daily routine, and you won’t need to depend on motivation to get your practice done. Some days, you might not feel like practicing, but when practicing becomes a habit, you’re able to stick to the routine and get it done, even if you don’t feel motivated.
