Do it again! The beautiful thing about training your muscle memory is that each time you repeat the Sprint Master, you will find new parts of it that challenge you. Think of it like watching a movie two, three, or four times. Every time you watch it you notice extra details that you totally missed the first time! Imagine all the sounds you can learn to control through the Sprints by remaining consistent over just a few months.
